A lovely large regency period mahogany chest of drawers. The chest is of large proportions and is configured of the traditional two short over three long graduated drawers. This example also has a full length narrow drawer to the top. The chest is in a flame mahogany with canted corners strung with ebony together with inlayed detail and cock beading to the drawer fronts. In as found country house condition the chest has a lovely worn colour and patina with some minor scratches scuffs and cracks. Please See Images.
