Paris Exhibition Woven Silk Panel
A beautiful woven silk panel made for the Paris Exhibition of 1900. Featuring five allegorical figures representing the continents with a Parisian scene in the background featuring the Eiffel Tower. The panel features two woven signatures for the Artis and manufacturing factory. In the original frame, later painted with a replacement back.
